This policy explains how The Streamer Toolkit handles information when you use its tools, read its guides, or contact its publisher. Ryan Chow operates the site under the Rytell Tools brand. For privacy questions, email rytellbiz@gmail.com.
You can use our calculators without creating an account. Each tool explains the inputs it needs. Browser-based calculations process those inputs on your device. If a feature uses an external service, that service may receive the information you submit to it; review the feature's instructions before entering sensitive information.
If you use the AI Title Generator, it sends the game name and style inputs you provide to the Anthropic API to request title suggestions. Avoid entering personal or confidential information in those fields. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy. The other browser-based calculators process their calculation inputs on your device.
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and message. Our hosting, form, and email providers may process that information to deliver your message. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or sensitive financial or health records.
Our hosting provider and third-party services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, and timestamps. They use this information to deliver the website, maintain security, and measure usage.
We use Grow by Mediavine for reader features and audience measurement. Grow may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to recognize a browser and measure visits. Depending on enabled features and your choices, Grow may offer saved content, recommendations, or subscription options. If you choose to sign in or subscribe through Grow, Grow may process your email address and account information under its own privacy policy.
Read the Mediavine Privacy Policy for information about Grow's data practices and choices. An optional Grow account is separate from the calculator; you do not need one to calculate a result.
We may display advertising through Google AdSense or other advertising partners when advertising is enabled. Pages may load Google's AdSense script for site verification and advertising setup. Loading a third-party script can send technical information to its provider even when no advertisement appears.
When Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the Internet.

Some pages may contain affiliate or referral links. Where a commercial relationship exists, we disclose it near the relevant links. If you follow a link, the destination's terms and privacy policy apply. A partner may use cookies or link identifiers to attribute a purchase or referral; we may receive a commission on a qualifying action.
Pages may request fonts or other resources from external providers. Those providers may receive technical request information. We may enable analytics to measure website usage; any enabled service processes information under its own privacy policy. We do not claim that third-party services receive no personal information or that all usage data is anonymous.
Cookies and browser storage can support reader features, remember preferences, and measure usage or advertising. You can review, delete, or block them in your browser settings. Blocking storage may affect saved preferences or Grow features. Where a consent control appears, use it to manage the categories it covers. Advertising opt-outs do not necessarily stop all cookies or all advertising.
We retain messages as needed to respond and maintain relevant business records. Third-party providers apply their own retention policies. We do not promise a fixed retention period for data held by those providers.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing or advertising. The site is intended for adults and a general audience. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate.
